			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#800080;">As jy jou hande op &#8216;n gawe paar soorte vis kan le, doen dan so!  Maar dit moet see vis wees.  Krap en kreef en mossels en daai goete werk ook goed saam met die vis in hierdie resep!</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Hierdie vis pastei resep is verspot maklik, en daar is niks fancy korse en goete bo-op nie, net gewone gesondheid uit die grond uit.</span></p>
<p><a href="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/vis2.jpg"><span style="color:#800080;"><img class="size-full wp-image-250 alignleft" title="vis2" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/vis2.jpg?w=500" alt=""   /></span></a><span style="color:#800080;">Besluit die grootte van jou vis pastei, skat hoeveel aartappels nodig gaan wees om in &#8216;n mash/kapok aartappel vorm die bo-kant te bedek, en kook en maak fyn, soos jy dit gewoonlik doen.  Vir die avontuurlustige kok is &#8216;n huisie knoffel, saam met die aartappels gekook en fyngemaak, altyd &#8216;n bittere heerlike bo-laag!  Geur met sout en peper.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Neem die vis en sny filette.  Die prawns, as jy kon kry, ontneem jy van kop en derm.  En die grate uit die vis.  Gebruik &#8216;n paar soorte vis, twee op die minste.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Sit &#8216;n pot water op die stoof, sny daarin &#8216;n ui, &#8216;n wortel, &#8216;n huisie knoffel, &#8216;n seldery stingel en &#8216;n bayleaf blaar of drie.  Bring tot kookpunt, en </span><span style="color:#800080;">dompel die vis filette en prawns daarin vir 4 minute.  Niks langer nie!</span><a href="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/mash.jpg"><span style="color:#800080;"><img class="size-thumbnail wp-image-251 alignright" title="mash" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/mash.jpg?w=124&#038;h=150" alt="" width="124" height="150" /></span></a></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Skep die vis uit, verwyder die velletjies en breek die filette in hap-grootte stukkies.  Rangskik in die oondvaste bak, met die prawns tussen-in.  Draai swartpeper en bietjie sout oor.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Gooi die sous in die pot deur &#8216;n sif, om al die growwe dele op te vang, en gooi weg.  Met die aftreksel maak jy &#8216;n gewone witsous, maar gebruik die aftreksel ipv melk.  As die sous gaar is, gooi jy &#8216;n handvol gekapte pietersielie daarby in, roer deur, en gooi oor die vis.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Laastens skep jy die afgekoelde aartappels bo-oor, en om dit dekadent af te rond, kan jy broodkrummels en gerasperde parmesaan kaas bo-oor strooi.</span><a href="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/vis.jpg"><span style="color:#800080;"><img class="size-full wp-image-249 alignright" title="vis" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/vis.jpg?w=500" alt=""   /></span></a></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Druk dit in die oond, 180 grade celcius, en kyk wanneer die bo-kant mooi goud-bruin is.  Bedien met &#8216;n groen slaai in die somer, of &#8216;n lekker ciabata in die winter.</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#339966;"><img class="size-full wp-image-244 alignleft" title="tuna" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/11/tuna.jpg?w=500" alt="tuna"   />Daarom, gewoonlik op &#8216;n Saterdag middag, as ons nooit kos maak nie, en die dag sleep die agtermiddag binne, pak &#8216;n rasende hongerte my, en beter daar iets in die kaste wees, want ek skrik nie vir 2Minute Noodles met &#8216;n bietjie Mrs Balls oor nie!</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">Een so &#8216;n bymekaargooi van smake het my Saterdag getref, en dit was nie te onaardig, of giftig nie &#8211; ek is nog hier om dit te deel.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">Neem &#8216;n blikkie tuna (in water, jinne los die olie vir die raffinaderye), gedreineer en in &#8216;n bak gegooi.  Nou skep jy &#8216;n halwe bakkie growwe maaskaas daarby, &#8216;n teelepel Mrs Balls en &#8216;n eetlepel mayo.  Ek is &#8216;n waaghals en gooi op hierdie stadium sommer lekker baie sterk prego sous of Tobasco by, en wikkel die growwe peper meul so &#8216;n paar maal bo die mengsel.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">Meng alles lekker deurmekaar en kyk in jou kas vir daardie leftover Bacon Kip koekies.  Onder-in die pak is gewoonlik<img class="size-full wp-image-245 alignright" title="ct" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/11/ct.jpg?w=500" alt="ct"   /> die gebreekte stukkies?  Dis hulle wat jy soek.  Anders moet jy maar hardhandig met &#8216;n paar heel koekies werk en hulle kraak.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">Gooi &#8216;n handvol gebreekte Bacon Kip koekies by, meng deur, en eet terwyl die koekies nog knars het.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">Moenie skaam wees om met kersie tamaties of ertjies in die dis te eksperimenteer nie.  Hierdie slaai is vir die rasende maag.  En as &#8216;n ertjiepit nodig is om die laaste gaatjie te vul, wie is ek om te stry?</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#000080;">As jy nou weer &#8216;n hele sak patats het, en nie weet of jou huismense nog een aand in &#8216;n gekookte patat se vel wil vaskyk nie, probeer die resep van Reinette, soos Petro vir my aangestuur het.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Sy noem egter dat dit erg soet is, en jou tande kan lelik raak van te veel soet, so werk maar versigtiger met die resep se<img class="alignright" title="spotatoes" src="../files/2009/08/spotatoes.jpg" alt="spotatoes" width="132" height="170" /></span> soetigheid!</p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Sny 500g patats in klein blokkies (sodat dit vinniger kan kook as jy baie honger is) en kook in water waarby sout gevoeg word NADAT die water kook (soutwater vat langer om kookpunt te bereik, en ons wil NIE vir eskom meer geld gee vir nuwe karre nie).</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Dreineer die gaar patats, m.a.w. sorg dat die enigste water binne-in die patat is, en niks nog aan sy ribbes wasklou nie, anders kan jy netsowel dit in &#8216;n waslap toevou, en die pappery deur die waslap suig.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Rol &#8216;n vel blaardeeg oop.  Spuit &#8216;n oondvaste bak, en bedek die onderkant met blaardeeg &#8211; die res van die deeg moet langs die bak wag.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Druk die patats fyn, skep bo-op die blaardeeg in die bak, en vou die deeg buite die bak oor die patats.  Soos om jouself toe te vou met die duvet in die winter.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Meng &#8216;n koppie bruinsuiker, &#8216;n koppie room en &#8216;n teelepel karamelgeursel, en gooi dit bo-oor die patat pakkie.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Druk in &#8216;n voorverhitte oond by 180 grade celcius, en bak vir 30 minute.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Ek sal sommer fyn kaneel oor die patats sprinkel voor ek sy blaardeeg duvet oortrek, en verder sal ek by &#8216;n bottel goeie rooi sit en wonder hoekom dit dan patatwiele heet, as patatbed beter beskrywend is?</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Het een of ander tannie met baie tyd, &#8216;n koekdrukker gevat en wiele uitgedruk wat sy met patats gevul het?  Heel moontlik. </span></p>

<p><span style="color:#008000;">Gooi verder in die pot:  4 koppies mout (malt) asyn, of appel asyn.  1 3/4 koppies bruin suiker, 1 koppie goue sultanas, 1 1/2 teelepels mostertpoeier, 1 teelepel gemaalde kaneel, 1/4 teelepel gemaalde naeltjies, 1/4 teelepel cayenne peper en &#8216;n skeutjie sout.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008000;">Prut die inhoud vir 90 minute sonder deksel.  Roer gedurig.  Die blatjang sal begin verdik.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008000;">Proe die suikergehalte en gooi in gesteriliseerde flesse.  Draai styf toe, laat omgekeer afkoel, plak pronkerige strokies met datum en naam op, en stal uit vir almal om te sien!</span></p>

<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#800080;">Hier is egter &#8216;n verspot maklike resep vir die koekie met die Crunchie naam &#8211; spring weg en doen iets lekkers die week&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Smelt 250g margarien en 15ml gouestroop saam in &#8216;n pot.  Gooi 5ml koeksoda soda by, en staan terug &#8211; dit kan woes borrel!  Roer met &#8216;n houtlepel tot die pot tot bedaring kom.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Voeg 500ml hawermout, 250ml meel, 250ml klapper, 200g suiker en 5ml bakpoeier in die pot, en roer deeglik deur.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Smeer uit op &#8216;n gesmeerde bakplaat en bak vir 25 minute by 180 grade celcius.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">As jy dit uit die oond haal, sny in die vorms wat jy verlang, laat afkoel en voila!<img class="size-full wp-image-230 alignright" title="goue" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/08/goue.jpg?w=500" alt="goue"   /></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">O ja, moenie bang wees om &#8216;n lekker handvol soet gedroogte appelkose op te sny in klein stukkies, en dit by te voeg vir &#8216;n totale ander smaak sensasie nie.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">En niks keer jou om tjoklit te smelt en met &#8216;n lepel oor die bakplaat uit te &#8216;teken&#8217; nadat jy dit gesny het nie.  Of raak ek nou effe oordadig?</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">As jy egter nie lus is vir mash, braai aartappels of &#8216;n oond model nie, neem &#8216;n voorskootsak vol baba aartappeltjies, gee hulle elkeen &#8216;n steek met &#8216;n skerp mes in die sy, en gooi in &#8216;n kastrol met water.  Sodra die water begin kook, gooi jy sommer &#8216;n halwe hand growwe sout in, en die geheime bestanddeel&#8230;.  &#8216;n tak vars roosmaryn.  Of &#8216;n tak opgekapte roosmaryn.  Solank dit roosmaryn is!</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Die wat egter die waarde van knoffel ken, sal &#8216;n huis of drie kneus, en dit ook by die water gooi sodat die geur ook met die aartappels in die pot kan flirt.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">As daai aartappels sag gekook en uit die water gelig word, sal jy die smaak nie glo nie!</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Dit kikker sommer enige dis op.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">En vir die ongesondes:  gooi tog maar &#8216;n klontjie botter daaroor!</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#008000;">Besluit jy self of sy die waarheid praat.  Dis tog nou winter, en niks keer jou om bietjie die mense om jou te bederf nie.<img class="size-full wp-image-219 alignright" title="pannekoek2" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/06/pannekoek22.jpg?w=500" alt="pannekoek2"   /></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008000;">Klits twee eiers, en voeg 500ml yskaswater (m.a.w. lekker yskoue water) by, en klits tot die skuim staan.  Meng 375ml bruismeel (self raising) en &#8217;n knippie sout, bietjies-bietjies by.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008000;">Gooi 5ml vanilla essens en 125ml olie by, meng deur, en laat staan vir 30 minute.  Roer weer deur, en bak in &#8216;n pan, waarin olie vir die eerste pannekoek, liggies gesmeer is.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008000;">Wenk:  ipv om met &#8216;n soplepel of &#8216;n bekertjie die beslag in die pan te gooi, gebruik &#8216;n plastiek waterbottel met &#8216;n uittrek tuit.  Daarin kan jy die mengsel skud, en lekker in die pan spuit.</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#800080;">Neem jou oondbak.  Skil patats, en sny dit op in hapgrootte blokkies.  As jou oondbak lekker vol is, neem &#8216;n groot ui, skil dit af en sny in elegante ringe.  </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Strooi die ringe bo-oor die patats, gevolg deur &#8216;n sprinkel seesout.<img class="size-full wp-image-213 alignright" title="patats" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/06/patats.jpg?w=500" alt="patats"   /></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Kap of druk &#8216;n huisie VARS knoffel lekker fyn, en sprinkel oor die dis.  Drup olyfolie oor &#8211; natuurlik alles na smaak.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Bedek met tinfoelie, en bak vir 30 minute by 180grade celcius.  Verwyder die tinfoelie, toets hoe gaar die patats is, sit die rooster (grill) aan, en verbruin die boonste lagie van die dis effe.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Sit die bak in die middel van &#8216;n groot tafel.  Neem een lepel.  Gaan sit by die bak, en val weg.  Moenie die res van die eters nooi nie, gee vir hulle brood en tee, en eet tot jy agteroor val!</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Ek speel net &#8211; roep die mede eters, en geniet!</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Gryp dus die wintertyd aan om in te maak en op te berg, want binnekort is dit weer somer, en brand die braaivleis vure hoog, en gerasperde beet kan &#8216;n bord tog so yukkie laat lyk, om nie te praat van wat dit aan &#8216;n papierbord doen as jy &#8216;n kalm en stadige eter is nie!  Kort voor lank sypel rooi sous deur jou vingers, en lyk jy soos &#8216;n verdagte op &#8216;n crime scene&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Sit &#8216;n bak op jou kombuis skaal, draai die wieletjie tot by 0, en begin vul met blomkool sambreeltjies (maak dit kleiner as wat dit gevorm was op die oorspronklike kool), groenbone in 1cm stukkies gesny, blokkies komkommer waarvan die sagte pitte en vlees uitgeskep is*, en klein blokkies wortel, murgpampoentjies en mini uitjies, in die helfde gesny. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">As jou skaal op 2,5kg staan, kan jy halt roep, en 400g sout oor die groentes sprinkel.  Mind you, GOOI dit maar oor, want jy gaan lank sprinkel, en maak die bak vol met water.  Laat dit oornag in die yskas staan.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Gooi die water af (nie op die grasperk nie, die soutwater laat alles vrek) en spoel die groente baie goed af.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Nou neem jy &#8216;n kastrol en gooi in:  8ml fyn gemmer, &#8216;n eetlepel mosterpoeier en 300ml suiker.  Neem 1.5l wit asyn en gooi dit in die kastrol by die ander bestanddele.  Roer goed deur.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Neem 2 VARS huisies knoffel, druk dit met jou vurk lekker fyn, of as jy vaardig genoeg is met jou chef&#8217;s knive, gaan mal!  En gooi dit ook in die kastrol.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Gooi die groentetjies by, en bring tot kookpunt.  Kook die mengsel tot die groente gaar, maar nog krakerig is as jy dit byt.  En pasop om diep asem in te trek oor die stoom &#8211; warm asyn kan jou &#8216;n floute gee, en uitgevalde tande op &#8216;n kastrol se handvatsel gaan nogal &#8216;n goeie koerantberig maak!</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Skep &#8216;n bekertjie van die vloeistof uit die pot en laat effe afkoel.  Moenie minute daaraan bestee nie, maar gee dit kansie <img class="alignleft" title="piccalilli" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/06/piccalilli.jpg?w=170&#038;h=96" alt="piccalilli" width="170" height="96" />om koeler te raak, en gooi 2 eetlepels borrie, en 6 eetlepels meel daarby in, meng lekker deur (soos in GEEN klonte asb.) en gooi dit terug in die pot.  Roer versigtig deur.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Kook vir 3 minute.  Skakel die stoof af, en skep die groentes in gesteriliseerde flesse.  Draai die deksels styf op, draai om, laat afkoel en pak weg in jou koskas.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">*om die sagte binnekant van &#8216;n komkommer gou te verwyder, sny die komkommer in die lengte af, in twee.  Neem &#8216;n teelepel en krap die sagte binnestes uit.  Voila!</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">In die winter is die lus vir bredies en soppe en ryk kosse baie groter dan in die somer wanneer die braaivleis vure aangesteek word vir &#8216;n pakkie wors of &#8216;n braaibroodjie en &#8216;n bier.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Hierdie gereg laat jou toe om alles wat heilsaam is, in een pot te gooi, dit in die oond te druk, en jouself knoppensie te eet.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Neem &#8216;n pakkie hoender dye en boudjies, en sit dit in &#8216;n oondbak of casserole.  Spuit net eers die bak met spray and cook.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Gooi &#8216;n koppie of wat rys bo-oor die hoender, gevolg deur wortels in sirkels of blokke, aartappels in blokkies (werk <img class="size-full wp-image-200 alignright" title="curry chic" src="http://netresepte.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/curry-chic.jpg?w=500" alt="curry chic"   />heeeeerlik met soetpatat), &#8216;n ui in blokke gesny, &#8216;n pakkie sampioene opgesny, &#8216;n seldery stingel of &#8216;n prei (leek) in wieletjies.  Groen en rooi pepers is ook heerlik hierin.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Neem &#8216;n pakkie van Ina Paarman se Chicken Tikka kerriesous, en gooi dit eweredig oor die dis.  Sprinkel sout en peper oor na smaak.  Liefs te min as te veel.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Rond die gereg af met &#8216;n blikkie klapper melk (coconut milk).  As daar nog vloeistof kort, gebruik water, maar sorg dat die gereg so amper toe is met vloeistof.  Sit &#8216;n deksel of foelie op.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">Druk in &#8216;n 180 grade celcius oond, en kom loer na 90 minute.  Miskien sal dit nodig wees om nog &#8216;n half-uur sonder deksel te kook, afhangende van hoeveel vog in die bak is.</span></p>
